How we solved the complexity of the composition
Functional benefits are provided by whey protein, beef collagen, and high fiber content. The great taste comes from natural ingredients, primarily Fino de Aroma cocoa from Colombia, cashew butter, and white yogurt coating. For sweetening the coating, we preferred a small amount of sugar and natural stevia over artificial sweeteners.
We used only necessary and harmless food moisture and coating stabilizers such as sunflower lecithin and glycerol in minimal amounts. They ensure that the bar does not lose its shape and freshness within a few weeks.
