Organic Coffee was created as our response to the problems of most commercial coffees we had the opportunity to taste in Slovakia or Czechia. We dare to say that up to 80% of the coffee we usually drink acts toxically on the body and thus kills all the great potential of flawless coffee.
Whether it is due to poor bean selection, processing, or quick roasting, we found that such coffee simply does not do us any good. So we started researching the criteria for truly reliable coffee beans (100% arabica), as well as the alchemical approach to bean selection and roasting, to get as close as possible to the 100% potential hidden in coffee.
