What makes it unique?

The olive variety Frantoio originally comes from Italy, specifically from the Tuscany region, and its name is synonymous with the term “oil mill”. This exceptional virgin olive oil is produced by the small family farm Deortegas in Spain. The oil has a bright green color, a velvety aroma, and thanks to its unique taste it has already won several awards. The acidity is super low – 0.28%. The quality is high.

No fertilizers are used in its cultivation; the only fertilizer is the residue from the oil production process itself. The olives are grown using the “dry farming” method, which ensures their high nutritional value, and therefore the oil is full of beneficial phytonutrients. Early hand harvesting in mid-October ensures an extremely high polyphenol content (584 mg/kg), which gives this olive oil many health benefits.
